Scheduling service online was easy with many time slots available. Scheduled maintenance was completed in one day. Warranty work required ordering parts so they said they’ll call in 2 weeks when parts arrive. Staff was friendly and efficient. My rep was Jasmine.

Have a 2016 Challenger R/T. No issues until very recently. Bearing on driveshaft went bad. Unfortunately, this has to have the whole driveshaft replaced. John Russo and team helped me with getting it online instead of through the shop. Saved a couple hundred there. Got the order # and worked with a store in Oklahoma to get it shipped quick. Had the part in two days, shipped to the repair shop directly. Can't thank them enough. Fast and it saved me some cash. Can't ask for more.

Brought my 2020 dodge ram in for the second time within a month for the same servive. (A/c) went out. They replaced the compressor both times. The second time they kept my truck for over a week. Just gotten it back yesterday. Hopefully the second time is the charm. Luckily my truck is still under manufacture warranty so it didn't cost me anything. They also replaced the cabin filter that i didn't request and they didn't notify me until after it had been done which cost me 32 dollars unexpectedly. So over all i would give them a 3 ...

Truck buying experience went well here at Dallas Dodge. Salesman Fabian was a nice young man and very knowledgeable able the trucks. Dallas Dodge was the only dealership in the DFW area to have trucks in stock with all the features I was looking for. No high pressure sales, price was as advertised. Only downside was waiting a while for truck to get detailed to drive it home because they were short handed that day.

He followed up with me and did everything he said he would. Excellent. I wrote a check for the truck. I was told I had to put 5k on a debit card and write another check or go get a cashiers check. Any dealer performed service is expensive, with that said....... have brought several of our vehicles there for repair/service through the years. Never had any problems or complaints with services given. Staff are helpful and polite when questions are asked.

Everyone was friendly and nice . It did take twice long then estimated ( 1 hour instead of 30 to 40 minutes for an oil change ) It is a 10 year old van. It might take a bit longer to give it a once over for the 27 point inspection. No surprises for what other services it needs besides my oil change.
