Service was slow, disorganized and way overpriced. I have visited twice and had same experience. There wonāt be a third time. Dallas Dodge Jeep Ram has been wonderful to do business with. My first purchase was pre-owned in 2022. I purchased a 2025 Ram for my birthday in December. I am so satisfied with the customer service throughout the entire dealership. They never disappoint.

This is the only dealership I have been where they donāt wash your car during service. Especially a car that I bought new from them. The staff of the service area is polite and useful, except the ācashiersā that didnāt give me the right paperwork and never say please or thank you. Service was done fairly quickly.

The people who deal with customers are awesome. The inventory sucks but the customer service makes it well. You canāt blame who does almost anything to help you even when you buy a new vehicle that has to go to the shop 3 times within the first month due to sensors failure and luck of inventory to fix it. It took longer than I anticipated however the repairs were more extensive than originally anticipated. With that in mind , I am satisfied with the overall service.

I took in my 2018 Wrangler that is having intermittent power steering failure. The dealership kept it for four days and then gave it back to me with no work done on it and said they couldnāt replicate the problem. I asked what I should do I both my local mechanic and the dealership has no idea what to do about it and the dealership provided no help or suggestions. They were completely clueless about this very serious problem.

I have found Dallas Dodge Jeep Ram to be the best Jeep dealership for both technical and customer service. I loved to the Dallas metro 1.) yrs ago and tried two other dealerships. While this location is not the closest to me, itās worth the drive. They are courteous, efficient and knowledgable. If you have to wait, there is a clean and spacious waiting area. I especially appreciate the coupons offered on their website that they always honor.

Two hours for an oil change thatās too long and itās ridiculous itās a lot of waiting.

Quick and to the point. They recommwnd services needes, but never pushy to upsell all the additional services (especially at 8am when no one wants to hear abd tbings about their car so early).

Clean, fast efficient and great experience. Thanks Jesus cause he is nice and fast too.

Poor communication and the diagnostic and advise I was given caused much more damage to my vehicle than the original issue for which I brought it in. I only received updates if I called in. Information I was promised on the issues with my vehicle was never delivered.

Horrible service! Please stay away! They didn't fix my jeep, had it over a month. They had the nerves to send me an email after I picked up may vehicle , stating there was a nail in the tire. With all of the test driving they stated they did, it was likely that the nail was their fault. What started as a $200 diagnostic ended up costing $800 to pick up my car that they didn't fix. I brought my jeep in with an AC issue. I was told I would have it back that day, 2 days max. I was able to finally pick up the jeep 8 days later. I understand things happen. However the issue I have is a wasnāt called or texted one time for an update. I had to reach out twice to see how the progress was going.

Complete and total bait and switch. Will never return to this dealership after purchasing from them back in 2020 the new staff is not the same.

I would like to recommend Shannon in Service. She finally resolved a 4 month long issue we were having. For 4 months we were treated unsatisfactory. Final after my own research and reaching out to anyone that would listen, I received some help. There are holes in some of training and no followup when there should have been. Issue has now been resolved.

I would give 0 stars, if possible. Took in truck for oil change and other concern, truck was there 3 days, nothing was done.

Today was the first time I've ever been surprised by this dealership and their service. This was not in a good way but I still like them. I normally know the cost of my service before the job is completed but today I was surprised by my final cost for an oil change. Needless to say it left me a little disgruntled.

From the time I first coordinated with Val I felt good about the Dealership purchase.

I was disappointed that I didnāt get the quoted special price for my oil change. My Durango has a 3.6L engine and I was told that was a higher price. Iāve never paid extra for that engine oil change previously.

Repairs were completed and I am satisfied with the work received. However I was surprised that online registration didn't mention that there would be a day to get diagnosis completed. Then a labor hours for 3-4 hour job still took all day. I had to constantly call to get updates.

LD AND CESAR did an AMAZING job with my trade in and helped me purchase my brand new Dodge Hornet which I love. LD is walked me through the process, answering all of my many questions. Never rushing or pressuring me into a decision. Cesar did an amazing job sealing the deal ensuring I knew how to operate my new vehicle, and making sure I was happy all around. Absolute worst experience with the service department. They kept my truck for several weeks. They did not fix it correctly. And then when I took it back, they kept the truck for a week because they couldnāt find one bolt. They have total lack of communication or care for their customers. This is the first bad review Iāve ever left for anyone. Thatās how bad they were. Never buy or service your vehicle at Dallas Dodge.

We are satisfied with the service on our Jeep Gladiator. It needed a replacement part for the 4 wheel Drive and they took care of it promptly. Always good service with this dealer.

This was my first time using this dealerships service department. My advisor was very courteous, however, very disorganized. He did not call me as promised to keep me updated when he did call to tell me my car was ready for pick up, I told him I would be there in an hour or two. Upon arrival he took an additional hour fifteen to finish paperwork!! A client should not have to wait over a hour when told car is ready for pick up.

Filthy! My car was NOT clean it was filthy! My car was dirty when I picked it up. An each of tree sap was on my car. I have NEVER been to a dealer that returned your car back filthy. I waited 3 hours for a oil change. I arrived at 8a at 10a they advised they didn't have the filter needed but it was on the way. I also requested my brakes to be inspected that wasn't done.
