This truck is fully equipped with everything you need to elevate your driving experience both on and off the roads of the Dallas, Garland, and Arlington areas. However, there are more decisions to be made.
This truck offers six different trim levels, ensuring you can choose the best one for your needs. To help you do just that are the pros at Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram (DCJR). Below, you can learn all about the different 2019 Ram 1500 trim levels easily. Let’s get started!
Ram 1500 Tradesman
Although this is the standard model of the 2019 Ram 1500, it’s anything but ordinary. Under the hood of this and all the other trims, you’ll find a 3.6L V6 eTorque engine. This generates 305 horsepower, 269 lb-ft of torque, and offers a standard towing capacity of 6,730 pounds when properly equipped. All the while, this engine is paired perfectly with an 8-speed automatic transmission, making handling a dream.
On the outside, you’ll find 18-inch steel-painted wheels, an accent-colored shark-fin antenna, and daytime running headlamps with a low-beam option, which are as stylish as they are functional.
On the interior, you’ll receive some fun and convenient features that will make your driving experience one of a kind. This includes a Uconnect® 3 system with a 5-inch touchscreen display, an audio system with six speakers, and perfectly placed USB ports for charging.
2019 1500 Big Horn / Lone Star
Although standardly you’ll have the same equipment under the hood, the Ram 1500 Big Horn/Lone Star trim makes two more engines available. For a slight upgrade, opt for the 5.7L HEMI® V8 engine, which gives you 395 horsepower, 410 lb-ft of torque, and a max towing capacity of 11,610 pounds.
For a great combination of power and efficiency, the 5.7L HEMI® V8 engine with eTorque is also available. This mild hybrid system gets an estimated fuel economy of 17 city/23 highway MPG* and can tow up to 12,750 pounds.
There are also additions added to the Big Horn/Lone Star trim inside and out. Your steering wheel will be mounted with audio controls for easy access to your on-the-road tunes, and on the exterior, you’ll find front foglamps that make driving in not-so-ideal weather a breeze.
2019 Ram 1500 Laramie
For even more upgrades, the Ram 1500 Laramie trim is the way to go. Along with everything you see above, you’ll also have some luxurious, top-of-the-line additions. For instance, inside, you’ll receive comfortable driver’s-seat memory functions, a leather-trimmed bench seat, and ventilated rear seating. For more comfort and convenience, standard advancements include a dual-zone temperature control system, a heated steering wheel, and lighting throughout.
Technology wise, your dashboard screen has been elevated to an 8.4-inch touchscreen, and your audio system has been bumped up to a 9-speaker system with a subwoofer. Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ also come equipped, as does a media hub to seamlessly charge all your devices.
The interior of the Rebel trim takes your Ram 1500’s cabin to new heights. Inside, you’ll find functional additions like a 60/40-split bench seat, a full-length reconfigurable center console, and Rebel rubber floormats. A black trim with red accents is unique to the Rebel, making your truck a stylish standout.
On the exterior, your foglamps get an upgrade to LEDs, and you’ll receive a unique RAM scripted aluminum tailgate with dampened open assist, making your drives even more powerful and noticeable. You’ll also have the addition of Hill Descent Control, so no matter where you’re driving, you’ll be secure.
Included with everything you see in the Laramie, the Laramie Longhorn steps it up even further with more fun features all around. Heated front and rear seats are sure to keep your passengers comfortable during the chilly months, while front ventilated seats ensure coolness in the summer. LED interior lighting is also standard now, so you can shine some light in your cabin while saving energy.
ParkSense® Front and Rear Park Assist comes equipped in the Laramie Longhorn, making parking a breeze wherever you are. This is especially handy when a trailer is in tow, or you’re fitting your way into tight spots.
2019 Ram 1500 Limited
Finally, for a full suite of upgrades, we present the Limited trim. This model includes everything you’ll find in the other trims, as well as features only found in the Limited. For example, premium leather and wood interior treatments have been added for a stylish, yet rugged feel.

- Wireless Charging Pad
- 20-inch aluminum wheels
